What they needed.
Malcolm Kidd Car and Commercial Repairs is a family-run independent garage on Bungay Road in Scole, near Diss — decades in the motor trade, doing Class 4 and 7 MOTs, servicing, diagnostics, 24/7 recovery, air-conditioning, tyres, brakes, exhausts and alloy refurbishment, alongside used car and van sales. One of our oldest projects. A garage does not need a platform — it needs to be found by someone whose car has just failed something, and to look like a garage worth trusting with it.
Our approach.
A straightforward multi-page brochure site: home, services, vehicles for sale, and a contact page carrying location and opening hours, organised around the service lines people actually search for. Trust signals do the heavy lifting for a business like this — RMI membership, Trust My Garage accreditation, the family-run history. It has held up over the years: second for the family name, third for “scole garage”, the search somebody makes when their car is already off the road.
