The brief

What they needed.

Diss, Thetford & District Citizens Advice (charity no. 1089052) is a local branch of the national Citizens Advice network, operating offices in Diss (12a Market Place) and Thetford. They needed a clear, accessible public website to help residents across Norfolk and the Suffolk border find free, confidential advice on benefits, debt, energy, housing, crisis support and employment, alongside volunteer recruitment and donations.

What we did

Our approach.

A content-led, accessible website built to signpost vulnerable users quickly to the right help. The site organises advice by topic, surfaces both office locations and contact channels (phone, email, in person), and includes a news/events section, volunteer application forms and online donation capability (donations served via the donate.cadat.org.uk subdomain).

What we delivered

The work, piece by piece.

Web Design

Bespoke, mobile-first page design — layout, type and imagery built around the brand and the actions that matter, not squeezed into a template.
