How do payments actually work?
Most projects are split into stages — typically a deposit to start, a milestone payment partway through, and a final payment on completion. Exactly how it splits depends on the size of the project, but it is always agreed and written down before we start, so there are no surprises.
What happens if the scope changes partway through?
It happens, and it's fine — we just tell you clearly what the change means for cost and timeline before doing any extra work, and get your sign-off first. You never get an invoice for something you did not agree to.
Why not just use Wix or Squarespace myself?

What's the ongoing cost after launch?
Website Care plans (hosting, security, backups and support) start from a small monthly fee. No lock-in — cancel any time. Domains and any third-party tools you choose to use (booking systems, email marketing, etc) are billed separately at cost, and we will always tell you about these up front, never bury them in a bill later.
