The brief

What they needed.

Hellesdon Parish Council is the elected local authority for Hellesdon, a parish on the northern edge of Norwich in Norfolk, governed by 16 councillors across two wards. The website needed to act as the council's public information hub: publishing meeting agendas and minutes, financial transparency documents (budgets, expenditure, annual returns), local services information, community facility details, and news for residents.

What we did

Our approach.

Built an informational local-government website organised around the council's statutory and community-facing duties. The site presents council structure and councillors, a meetings calendar with agendas, financial transparency documents, community facility and booking information, local service guidance (bin collection, road maintenance, problem reporting), planning documents, and a news section, with clear contact routes for residents.

What we delivered

The work, piece by piece.

Web Design

Bespoke, mobile-first page design — layout, type and imagery built around the brand and the actions that matter, not squeezed into a template.
