Maiva Group is a Wokingham, Berkshire family of four businesses spanning roofing & solar, property clearance, energy efficiency, and vintage resale.
What they needed.
Maiva Group needed a single brand hub to present its four distinct divisions — Maiva Roofing (installations, repairs, maintenance, solar panels), Maiva Clearance (domestic and commercial property clearance), Maiva Eco (energy-efficiency products), and Howes Vintage (online resale of pre-owned premium goods) — under one trusted local identity serving Wokingham and the wider Berkshire area. The site has to introduce each division, build credibility through customer testimonials, and route enquiries via a contact form.
Our approach.
We built a multi-division marketing site that consolidates the four Maiva businesses under one parent brand, with dedicated service sections for roofing/solar, clearance, eco products and Howes Vintage, customer testimonials to establish trust, clear local positioning for Wokingham and Berkshire, and a functional contact form for lead capture.
