Maiva Group is a Wokingham, Berkshire family of four businesses spanning roofing & solar, property clearance, energy efficiency, and vintage resale.
What they needed.
Maiva Group needed a single brand hub to present its four distinct divisions — Maiva Roofing (installations, repairs, maintenance, solar panels), Maiva Clearance (domestic and commercial property clearance), Maiva Eco (energy-efficiency products), and Howes Vintage (online resale of pre-owned premium goods) — under one trusted local identity serving Wokingham and the wider Berkshire area. The site has to introduce each division, build credibility through customer testimonials, and route enquiries via a contact form.
Our approach.
A single brand hub presenting the four distinct Maiva divisions — roofing, eco home improvements, clearance services and one more — under one umbrella, so a customer who lands on any one of the group’s sites can find the rest of what the group does. A multi-division trade group needs one site that credibly holds the others together without diluting any single division’s own site, which is the actual design problem here.
