What they needed.
Lee Walker is a former World Snooker Tour professional and a WPBSA-accredited coach, long-term coach to three-time world champion Mark Williams. He came to us for a personal site — credentials, coaching services, and a way for players to get in touch. The awkward part is his name. “Lee Walker” is about as common as names get, and the search results for it are crowded with everyone else who has it. A coach at the top of the professional game was, in search terms, indistinguishable from every other Lee Walker in the country.
Our approach.
A focused coaching site built around the credentials that separate him — World Snooker Tour background, WPBSA accreditation, and the players he works with at the top of the game — with services, testimonials from elite players and a clear booking route. The job was to make one Lee Walker legible to Google among all the others, so the site is built tightly around snooker coaching rather than the name. It holds an average position of 5.3 across every term it appears for, the best of any site we run: fourth for “lee walker” itself against 18,000 impressions of competition for that name, and first for “lee walker snooker coach”.
