Jacobs Brain is a Norwich (Broadland Business Park, Norfolk) technology company offering a marketing analytics and sales performance intelligence platform purpose-built for later living / retirement community operators. The product consolidates sales and marketing data, analyses the conversion funnel, benchmarks performance against industry averages, and surfaces actionable recommendations to improve sales velocity and occupancy. The website needed to communicate a specialised B2B SaaS proposition to a niche operator audience and drive demo bookings.
Our approach.
Built a marketing/product website for a B2B SaaS proposition: clear positioning for a niche audience (later living operators), feature documentation explaining the analytics/benchmarking platform, and demo-booking and contact conversion paths. The live production site runs on the jacobsbrain.ai domain, distinct from the agency staging mirror.
